When you have clients and team members coming in from out of town, you want to roll out the red carpet. Especially if their work trip is short & they don’t have much time to get out and see the city, it only makes sense to bring the city to them! For this 75 person reception, our catering team pitched a “Taste of LA” menu replicating dishes from some of LA’s iconic eateries. Guests raved about the food, and out of town guests felt like they had an opportunity to tour the city. A few highlights: Short rib tacos (inspired by LA’s Kogi Trucks) Chicken N Waffles (inspired by Roscoes Chicken & Waffles) Charcuterie station (inspired by LA Farmer’s Market) A churro bar, Little Tokyo sushi station and lots more!
